Many systems fail at the moment they are needed. Recording resolution has been dropped to save disk space, the clock has drifted, or the recorder only holds a few days.
We recommend a minimum of 30 days retention, verified time synchronisation, and a quick export method your staff can use without an engineer.
If your system is older, a health check will tell you in one visit whether it would stand up to a real incident.
